Adjusting the Courthouse Clock

Silhouetted by the sunlit face of the Allen County Courthouse clock, a repairman makes the necessary adjustments to fall back from daylight-saving time. The clock, a vestige of the early 20th-century courthouse that was razed in 1959, now sits prominently in the town square in Iola, Kansas.

Photographed with a Pentax MX and SMC Pentax-M 28mm lens on Kodak Tri-X film.
